Bird spikes as one type wall spikes are used for pigeon repellent. Here are three samples for bird spikes applications with specifications for reference.
- First Type
Spikes have 26 cm length (consider the complete length from both the bent sides and 18 mm length that is also bent and sits on the plate). There are 20 each bent on bird spike plate with 5 cm of gaps between the spikes. So in total its 1 meter. The diameter of the spikes will be 1.8 mm.
- Second Type
Spikes have 26 cm length and bent on the bird spike plate but this time the gaps are half the length and one after another a larger angle spike is sat on the plate. So here there are double spikes of the previous one. Probably 40 each bent on a bird spike plate. The diameter of the spikes will be 1.5 mm.
- Third Type
This type is only for the roofs to be able to introduce on the water drainage channels, therefore they are almost 45 deg. Bent towards the edge of the roof in order to repel the pigeon sit on the edge of the water drainage channel. This has the same spike numbers on as 26 cm length with 20 each on the plate. Like the first one. One thing for this roof spikes is that on the body of the plate there are 4 additional attachments aligned perpendicularly in order to screw the complete bird spike on the edge of the roof water drainage channel. The diameter of the spikes will be 1.8 mm.
